Trizyme Triple action, protein...
Warning: Last items in stock!
Trizyme contains an enzyme that performs three different actions, in order to remove the most common and troublesome lens deposits experienced during contact lens wear. The extremely effective, ‘triple action’ enzyme, Subtilisin A removes Proteins, Lipids, and Mucin plus Disodium Edetate which helps remove Calcium by Chelation.
Trizyme tablets can be dissolved in Multipurpose Solutions, 3% Peroxide or Saline. The patient simply adds a Trizyme tablet to their disinfecting or rinsing solution. The effervescent nature of the tablets help to remove deposits from the lens.
Low patient cost
If Trizyme is used with one of the compatible disinfecting or soaking solutions in connection with the Barrel Soaking Case, only one tablet will be required each week, lowering the patient cost for protein removal.
No animal enzymes
Trizyme does not contain enzymes derived from animals.
Encourages patient compliance
Patient failure to carry out regular protein removal is now recognised as a major factor in problematic lens wear and is the most common fault with the non-compliant patient. Simple to use Trizyme encourages greater patient compliance.
No patient sensitivity
The Trizyme formulation does not include PAPAIN thus eliminating the risk of the proven sensitivity to this enzyme.
